Oval Update - June 2023

DaSRA was asked by the 3 main sporting Clubs to look at the realignment of the oval to assist with the changes by the various codes to ensure Junior sport and Social Sport and Recreation can continue.

The role of DaSRA  was to investigate how this would look and work out where the shape would sit in relation to the current oval and its surrounding areas.

Darlington Recreation Advisory Group formed the Oval Sub Committee to review 

The outcome was refered to the Mundaring Shire for their consideration 

DCRAG - Lower Recreation Master Plan

This is the plan argreed to by Darlington Community Recreation Advisory Group ( DCRAG) for the whole of the area west of the Pavilion being once the Old Pony Club Area . DASRA have been tasked to complete some of the work in this area

Pavilion Rear Upgrade

We have the funds to finish of the rear of the Ravilion

Grand Arbour for the Community Garden

The Community Garden is where people can come together with common interest and will become another meeting place on our community

New Pump Track

Yes this project is underway with final input now required from the community

Skate Park Half Pipe Construction

DaSRA and DCRAG have obtained a grant to extend the half pipe. DaSRA will coordinate the construction with works at the Pavilion.  

Pavilion Project Stage 2

Stage 2 is all about the new storage facilities that Sports and Darlington Art Festival will use and the refurbishment of the current kios and change rooms and untimely joining the buildings
